Return and Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please adhere to the following conditions:
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Condition:ย Your item must be in the same condition as when it was received, untried or unused, the packaging of the product and additional gifts undamaged, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@snseasy.com to request return authorization. We will provide instructions on how to return the item. Please confirm in advance that your return application has been approved. If the returned product is not approved, it will not be accepted. Please be sure to email us in advance
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method, minus the restocking fee. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damages and Issues:ย Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges:ย The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
