Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Enjoy free shipping for orders over $30!  For Hawaii and Alaska, we charge an extra shipping fee of $30 for every order.

All orders are processed within 7 business days of receipt. During peak seasons or high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Estimated Transit Time
After your order is dispatched, the estimated shipping time is typically between 7 to 15 working days under normal circumstances.

Delivery Guarantee
Our delivery guarantee ensures that your order will be delivered within 20 working days. If your order does not arrive within the guaranteed timeframe, we will issue a full refund. Please note that we cannot offer a refund if the non-delivery of your package is due to customer-related issues, such as refusal to clear customs, refusal to accept the package upon delivery, or failure to provide an accurate shipping address and contact information.

Reshipment
If your package is damaged or lost during transit, we will provide a free reshipment.
If the issue is due to customer-related reasons, such as refusal to clear customs, refusal to accept the package upon delivery, or failure to provide an accurate shipping address and contact information, the customer will be required to pay an additional 25% of the product value as shipping fees to arrange for a reshipment.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Charmybag is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility, including tariffs, taxes, and other costs.

Orders over $30 (AUD $45) get free global shipping.✈️ For Hawaii and Alaska, we charge an extra shipping fee of $30 for every order.

Will I need to pay import tax or tariffs on my order?

United States: No! We use prepaid import tax shipping, so you don’t need to worry about tariffs at all. Your package will arrive directly at your door. ✨📦


Other countries: We usually declare your package as a gift with a reported value under $2. This way, even if your local government charges an import tax (most don’t), the fee will be very small and easy to handle. 💖

How long will it take to get my order?

How can I return a product?

Just make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags.

Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.😊
